Hannah Savaso is an Associate Attorney at The Prinz Law Firm, where she supports both individuals and business clients. She is a valued contributor to our employment litigation, business counseling, and workplace investigation practices, and is committed to improving workplace culture and making the lives of both employees and employers better.
Hannah brings years of litigation experience to the firm, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of employment matters. She skillfully defended employer clients—ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies—against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. Hannah is licensed to practice in both California and Illinois and has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the country on behalf of her clients.
Hannah’s advocacy has been no less tenacious when representing employees. She has supported individuals in complex wage and hour disputes—in both class and representative actions and in state and federal courts—guiding their matters through the full scope of litigation, including complex discovery, motion practice, and court appearances. Hannah is also a strong advocate outside of the court room and has successfully negotiated favorable pre-litigation settlements, saving time and financial resources for her clients. Her interest in representing individuals began as far back as law school: Hannah participated in Pepperdine Law’s Restoration and Justice Clinic where she represented survivors of human trafficking, an experience that led her to develop skills in trauma-informed lawyering.
In addition to the zealous advocacy Hannah provides as an employment litigator, she is also an experienced workplace investigator and auditor. She has conducted in-depth investigations into employee allegations at major corporations through meticulous site visits and targeted interviews, helping to reveal and contain liability, while providing tangible solutions for creating better work environments.
Prior to joining Prinz, Hannah worked at mid-sized employment firms and legal non-profits. While in law school, she served as a law clerk with the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office and as a judicial extern at the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to law school, Hannah was a community and digital organizer with a non-profit organization.
