Katie Rinkus is a Senior Associate Attorney at The Prinz Law Firm, P.C. specializing in transactional matters. Katie’s practice focuses on general business and corporate law, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate governance.
Katie is an experienced business advisor who routinely assists owners and management with LLC/corporate formation, the preparation and review of corporate documents and contracts, zoning and licensing issues, partnership disputes, the buying and selling of a business, and general counsel work. She also drafts documents and provides counseling concerning business-side employment issues, including workplace policies, worker classification, restrictive covenants, employment handbooks, and employment and independent contractor agreements. Her practice supports a wide variety of entities, from small businesses to large companies, and in various industries, including non-profits and healthcare.
