Marketing Assistant

The Prinz Law Firm is a woman-owned boutique legal practice focusing on employment and business law. We have been growing recently and are looking for fresh talent in legal marketing that can help us increase our reach to targeted audiences, especially online.

Unlike typical firms in our field, we serve both employees and employers. Our work is varied and can include litigating non-compete agreements, negotiating executive compensation and severance packages, litigating Title VII and other discrimination matters, and training businesses to form positive workplace cultures. In all we do, our experienced attorneys and staff take pride in cultivating client relationships marked by trust, professionalism, creativity, and flexibility.

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, creativity, and attention to detail who will assist our Marketing Manager in all aspects of the firm’s marketing initiatives.

Our office usually works on a hybrid schedule, requiring a few days per week in the office and permitting work from home a few days per week. Currently, our office is fully remote as a result of the Omicron variant spike.

You will assist the Marketing Manager with a variety of projects, including:

  • Social media content calendar: sourcing content, posting, and scheduling.
  • Social media marketing and reporting.
  • Podcast creation and marketing.
  • Webinar creation, editing, and marketing.
  • E-mail marketing for legal products and services.
  • Assistance with preparation for speaking engagements and events.
  • Various other tasks as needs arise.


Qualified candidates should have some experience in social media management, marketing, graphic design, creative writing, or a related field. The right candidate will be detail-oriented and succeed at managing projects on various timelines. Below are the main characteristics we are seeking.

  • Time management: ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Organization: ability to adapt to changing priorities, expectations, and needs.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work well independently, but also take direction and work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrative dependability, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to summarize information clearly and concisely (especially news articles).
  • Ability to create engaging graphics.
  • Skilled at writing simple, crisp copy.
  • Ability to grow our audiences and effectively marketing our products and services.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word are essential.
  • Understanding our ideal potential client base and how to reach them is a plus.
