Kristen Prinzrecently conducted a CLE for Lawlineon "How to Conduct Thorough and Effective Workplace Investigations." This module included tips on what constitutes a workplace complaint worth investigating, the necessary steps involved in conducting an investigation, how to determine witness credibility, unpacking one's own biases prior to investigating a complaint, and feeling comfortable communicating one's findings to a company. This marks Kristen's fifth appearance as Lawline faculty.
