The firm is happy to welcome Lee Walter as our summer law clerk! Lee is a Chicagoland native born and raised in Downers Grove. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from American University and a Master’s degree from the Security Studies Program at Georgetown University.
During his Master’s program, Lee developed a keen interest in law and worked for three years after graduation as a paralegal at Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis, a mid-sized corporate law firm in Washington, D.C.
Lee is now a rising 3L at the University of Illinois College of Law in Champaign, where he will be a Notes & Articles Editor for the Illinois Business Law Journal in the fall. The journal recently selected his article on generative AI and the unauthorized practice of law for publication later this summer.
