Amit Bindra recently presented at the Seventh Circuit Conference of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), Illinois. The theme of the conference was "Post-Pandemic Perspectives" and Amit's talk was on "Non-Competes in 2022." Amit was the perfect expert for this topic, as he largely authored the legislative reform of non-compete law in Illinois in 2021.
