The Prinz Law Firm recently hosted a meeting with Charlotte Burrows, Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency responsible for enforcing federal laws prohibiting several forms of discrimination and retaliation in the workplace. Various plaintiff's attorneys gathered to share feedback with the EEOC on a number of issues, including recommendations for what should be included in the EEOC's Strategic Enforcement Plan for the next five years. This meeting was made possible by Prinz attorney Laura Feldman, who served as a trial attorney at the EEOC and as Attorney Advisor to Chair Burrows.
