Prinz attorney Christina Hynes Mesco recently served on a panel to present on "Conducting Workplace Investigations: Honest Belief Rule and Avoiding Pretextual Discrimination Claims."
The panel was a CLE webinar offered by Strafford legal education in which Christina presented alongside two other experts. Her portion focused on explaining the "Honest Belief Rule" and how various courts have interpreted it.
