Bill Drafted by Amit Bindra Is Reintroduced

Partner Amit Bindra played a key role in drafting the text of Illinois House Bill 3066, which was recently reintroduced in the Illinois General Assembly. Enjoying bipartisan support, HB 3066 seeks to reform non-compete and non-solicitation litigation in Illinois. It would prohibit non-compete agreements for all employees making less than $75,000 per year and non-solicit agreements for those making less than $45,000 per year.
