Amit Bindra served as a webinar presenter for Chicago SHRM regarding recent changes to the Illinois Human Rights Act and the Illinois Workplace Transparency Act. Amit serves on Chicago SHRM's Legislative Committee and helped to explain several amendments to the two laws that will impact employers throughout the state in 2020. Participants were able to receive professional development credits for attending the webinar.
