Prinz Partner Amit Bindra recently presented on Illinois' new non-compete law for the National Employment Lawyers' Association of Illinois.The topic was "Recent Changes to Restrictive Covenant Law in Illinois and Best Practices for Attorneys." Amit explained why the recent amendments to the Illinois Freedom to Work Act were beneficial for both employees and employers: workers will enjoy increased mobility while businesses will still be able to protect their confidential and proprietary information.
