Partner Amit Bindra served on a panel to discuss legal changes for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Chicago. In particular, Amit focused his comments on Illinois' new noncompete law, which he played a key role in drafting. He also addressed amendments to the Equal Pay Act, the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act, and provided a refresher on the Illinois Workplace Transparency Act.
