Prinz Partner Amit Bindra recently participated in the 3rd annual event of the International Forum of Senior Executive Advisers (IFSEA) in London. Amit was part of a team that conducted a mock hearing for a temporary restraining order (TRO) according to U.S. law for the Restrictive Covenant and Confidential Information Litigation section. Another team conducted a mock hearing according to U.K. law. This allowed Amit and his team to provide a practical demonstration of legal principles to a diverse audience.
