Prinz attorney Amit Bindra recently participated in a roundtable discussion for attorneys on employment law in reference to the change face of our economy. Sponsored by the American Bar Association (ABA), Amit's presentation touched upon legal issues relevant to the "gig economy." He focused on common questions that both employers and employees have about remote employees, including policies for tracking work time, work-related injuries, meal and rest breaks, and off-duty email and device policies.
