Amit Bindra participated in a webinar with Financial Poise, in which he and other panelists discussed how employers can be confident they are starting on the right foot—legally at least—when hiring new employees. Amit specifically discussed the purpose and enforceability of restrictive covenants, such as non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements.
