Amit Bindra was recently a guest lecturer for a labor and employment legal writing class at Chicago-Kent College of Law. He presented "Employment Agreements 101," outlining and explaining the principal terms of employment contracts, with a special focus on non-compete clauses and the non-compete amendment to the Illinois Freedom to Work Act.
