Ms. Prinz works closely with clients to ensure that their agreements, contracts, and written policies and procedures reflect the culture of the business and limit liability. She also assists businesses in implementing employment practices and training staff.

She has litigated employment law matters before state and federal courts at the trial and appellate level; administrative agencies including the EEOC, the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Cook County Human Rights Commission; and numerous arbitration panels.
She recently served as first chair on a jury trial, obtaining a multi-million dollar verdict for her client on defamation and retaliatory discharge claims. Ms. Prinz’s appellate experience includes helping to advance the law related to non-competition agreements in Illinois by successfully arguing a case before the Third District Appellate Court.
The Prinz Law Firm recently won a restrictive covenant appeal and helped to clarify the law regarding non-competes in Illinois.

Ms. Prinz received her Juris Doctorate degree from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law with an emphasis in International and Comparative Law and graduated with Honors, cum laude. She was awarded a B.A. degree in English from the University of Iowa, Iowa City.
