Natalie Lange completed her undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, where she double majored in Economics and Justice Studies.  After graduation, Ms. Lange joined the Americorps Teach For America Program.  As a Teach For America corps member, Ms. Lange committed two years to teaching in Charlotte, North Carolina, going above and beyond traditional expectations to help her students achieve at high levels.  After observing the inequities in social justice that many of her students experienced, Ms. Lange chose to pursue her juris doctorate at Northern Illinois University College of Law.

During her law school career, Ms. Lange contributed to the professional development of her fellow students through her role as Justice (President) of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Dooley Chapter.  As a current member of the Chicago Alumni Chapter, Ms. Lange looks forward to serving as Treasurer for the upcoming year and continuing the Phi Alpha Delta tradition of service to the legal profession and greater community.

After contributing over 60 hours of pro bono service throughout her law school career, Ms. Lange earned a pro bono certificate for her work.  Through her internship with the Boone County State’s Attorney’s Office, she successfully conducted bench trials and negotiated plea bargains. Ms. Lange also gained valuable experience as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Edward Prochaska, Circuit Judge of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Illinois.

As an attorney, Ms. Lange has prepared and argued motions in state court and represented clients in civil litigation and business transactions.  As an associate with The Prinz Law Firm, Ms. Lange primarily represents employees in employment discrimination and retaliation claims before the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Cook County Commission on Human Rights, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and state and federal court.  

Ms. Lange seeks to serve her clients at The Prinz Law Firm by working relentlessly to guide employees through all aspects of their employment.
