June 19, 2009 Prinz Law Firm Announcement

For Immediate Release
June 19, 2009

Chicago, Illinois – Employment and business attorney, Kristen E. Prinz, Esq. has launched The Prinz Law Firm, P.C.

Ms. Prinz decided to launch The Prinz Law Firm when she saw that so many Chicago-land area residents were losing their jobs for discriminatory reasons, but could not afford the costs of an attorney. Ms. Prinz had focused on executive employment; negotiating employment contracts and separation agreements and litigating wrongful termination cases. However, even executives are feeling the strain of the current conditions and are struggling to afford representation.

Because of the high cost of attorneys’ fees, many employees who are laid off are signing severance agreements that they don’t understand. They are undertaking legal obligations and waiving rights without knowing to what they are binding themselves. Ms. Prinz has created a new pricing model by which she can advise clients about their rights and obligations for a flat fee. While big law firms are cutting jobs, The Prinz Law Firm is looking for ways to cut client costs.

About Kristen Prinz

After completing her juris doctorate, cum laude, at IIT Chicago Kent College of Law, she worked as an associate attorney for Bellows and Bellows, P.C.
