The Prinz Law Firm was founded by business and employment law attorney Kristen Prinz. Ms. Prinz focuses her practice on seeking advantageous and economical solutions for her clients.

Practicing in the areas of general business transactions, commercial litigation and and employment law, Ms. Prinz helps entrepreneurs launch their businesses and build their dreams and advises executives and physicians through every stage of employment matters.

Ms. Prinz uses creative drafting skills to insulate small businesses while at the same time marketing their products and services using plain and simple language. She works with clients to ensure that their agreements reflect the culture of their business. And, she advises companies on how to limit liability through written policies, procedures, and contracts.

Ms. Prinz has represented executives from public and private corporations, including Bank of America, Walgreen, Zurich North America, and others in matters ranging from negotiations of employment contracts and separation agreements to employment discrimination or retaliation litigations. She has reviewed, drafted and negotiated employment agreements, non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, retention agreements, consulting agreements and change-in-control agreements. She has represented clients before federal, state, and local agencies and tribunals in contract disputes, discrimination claims, Sarbanes-Oxley Whistleblower claims, shareholder disputes, and employment and business-related claims in both state and federal court. She is experienced practicing before the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Cook County Human Rights Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, FINRA, and state and federal court.

Ms. Prinz serves on the Advisory Board for Kurtis USA, LLC and recently served on the One Community Sub-Committee for the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago Kent School of Law Strategic Planning Committee.
